Rocky Ford Police Arrest Suspect in North 4th Street Burglary Case


Description: Rocky Ford Police arrested Roy Jaramillo on a second-degree burglary charge after responding to a reported residential burglary in the 400 block of North 4th. All parties considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Rocky Ford Police Department responded to a report of a burglary at a residence in the 400 block of North 4th.

Officers entered the residence (with consent of the owner) and located Roy Jaramillo inside. Roy Jaramillo was arrested on the charge of 2nd degree burglary of a residence and booked into the Otero County Jail. The booking photo was provided by the Otero County Sheriff's Office.
 
Roy Jaramillo is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
