Yesterday evening E-33 responded to a fire alarm in an occupied building. Upon arrival they found an apartment with an active room and contents fire. After calling for a full alarm, E-33 initiated a fast attack and primary search for life. The fire was quickly knocked down and damage was kept to a minimum thanks to the smoke alarm and E-33s quick response.

A cat was the only occupant in the apartment at the time and was treated for smoke inhalation by firefighters on scene.

The feline received oxygen and water before being returned to its owners.
